It allows users to open and edit word documents, Power point, and Excel files. It also gives you the benefit of sharing files. I will explain what Google docs are; this tool is extremely important for people who needs to work together but they are in different regions. It is also very easy to use since it is pretty much the same as using word from office. Like all open source software, when an upgrade comes out, the details of that upgrade are made public. Another interesting detail is that we can have followers, or even like pictures. We can see the profile of friends and which gives a little bit of entertaining. Nevertheless, all different websites and social media tools are very important in our daily lives since they keep us in touch with the world around us. It is very hard to progress if we are missing the help of other people.
