Overview • Joint application refers to the need for more than 1 applicant in a digital user journey. • Examples of joint applications are: a) Joint account opening b) Applicant with guarantor application • Joint application can be achieved via the 2 steps: Step 1: Main applicant triggers the application online Step 2: Joint applicant(s) receives the notification, and submits the application to digital service UNCLASSIFIED2

- 16. FAQs Qns: What should we do with applications not completed by joint applicant(s)? Ans: In-complete applications should be removed/purged from the system after a period of time (e.g. 7 to 30 days) Qns: Can the application be routed back to the main applicant for confirmation before submission? Ans: Yes. Businesses are to note that joint applicant(s) should be informed that their details would be submitted to main applicant. UNCLASSIFIED16
