• The Face-to-face Application is an application that
requires assistance from a business representative
to complete.
• Only QR login option will be available on the
SingPass login page. Applicant will authenticate
using SingPass Mobile app.
• Examples of face-to-face applications are:

b) Relationship Manager serving customers

Qns: How does digital service render SingPass with only
QR login?
Ans: Businesses with approved linkup request for this
face-to-face application user journey will be provisioned
with unique app credentials that will display SingPass
with only QR-only login (in production environment only).
Qns: Must the applicant have SingPass Mobile for this
user journey?
Ans: Yes. This face-to-face application will show
SingPass login with QR-only login. Hence, there is a
need for applicant to use SingPass Mobile.
Business representative can encourage applicant to
download SingPass Mobile app for application to digital
service.
