This document provides an overview of a user journey template for businesses to allow face-to-face applications using SingPass Mobile. The template involves 3 main steps: 1) The applicant accesses the "MyInfo" system and performs SingPass QR-only login and consent on their mobile device, 2) Personal data is retrieved from MyInfo and pre-filled in the application form, 3) The business representative reviews the application and submits it. The template is meant to guide businesses on integrating SingPass authentication into applications assisted in-person by a representative.
