Indestructible Forces for All of Time
Agricultural revolutions rarely create catalysts throughout civilization that can propel
humanity’s workforce toward a global society attributed with the complete absence of hunger.
Although Labor Day 2016 happens to align with the submission date of this research project, the
strictest possible adherence to American Psychological Association writing standards leaves little
room for creative writing and thus only a purely academic response to a contemporary societal
problem is permitted here. If the first priority of a skilled worker is to ensure that the
environment favors their own family’s long-term survival, that worker must secure access to safe
food, reliable colleagues, and a Green Economy. The future urgently calls for a global economy
that begins with a strong education system designed to address two major threats to modern
survival: energy policies and communication flow. The most convenient way to efficiently
replicate skilled labor across subsequent generations in order to perpetuate and maintain
humanity’s quality of life forever is for the Facebook company to attempt the second launch of a
satellite into outer space.
The era of global connectivity cannot be stopped beyond the point of no return come
Labor Day 2016. Mr. Zuckerberg is CEO of Facebook and announces on October 5, 2015 that he
will use company resources to bring Internet connection to many underdeveloped regions
throughout Africa (Zuckerberg, 2015, para. 1-4). Such acts of philanthropy are considered
common among the millennial generation that is due to inherit the wealth of work experience
from the preceding generations that have given rise to the modern era as one understands it.
Skilled labor is replicating from one generation to the next; however, for the first time in history
there will be a prosocial impact of gargantuan magnitudes via social media platforms such as
Facebook (unless one prefers Yahoo!). Unfortunately, there is a major hurdle to overcome at the
time being.
Before returning to strict APA adherence, more current events shall be addressed in this
overall research process. SpaceX announces the failure of a costly project to launch Facebook’s
initial satellite into outer space (Cofield, 2016, para. 5). Connecting Africa’s commoner to the
vast online network of Western civilization is one of several ideal foundations for any further
progress in pursuit of replicating skilled labor on a worldwide basis. Creating this peer-based
flow of free information is similar to the argument that the placement of any educational
Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 3
structure is a universal human right, one that populations within the African continent are largely
missing out on. One major stepping stone in pursuit of providing commoners a world-class
education begins with access to user-friendly information and communications technology such
as social media. Without the launch of Facebook’s satellite, the question is, Can a second
stepping stone be identified yet?
The idealistic approach to creating a skilled workforce boils down to Africa’s so-called
diaspora networks of families in rapid development today. Between January 20, 2009 and
September 9, 2016, Barack Hussein Obama remains commander-in-chief of all U.S. Special
Forces operating worldwide (https://www.whitehouse.gov/issues/defense). His successful rise to
power, if not symbolic, proves that it only takes a few short generations on American soil to
advance an individual to the highest office that will ever exist. The discussion of current events
must persist just a short while longer although the promise of APA format must not be
abandoned in this research process.
President Obama’s lengthy war against al-Qaeda and the Islamic State involves the
liberation of oppressed civilians from extremist militant activities of brutal scope. Gen. Raymond
Thomas has been tasked with the oversight of U.S. Special Forces operations in Somalia as a
result of increased terrorist momentum in the African region (Starr, 2016, para. 7). Best of luck,
heroes. Current events aside, there is an APA-approved alternative approach to explain how to
replicate skilled labor and it is far more difficult to transmit in written form as opposed to the use
of the vehicle of live human experience.
The academic discussion of lawlessness in war-torn regions occurs in the context of
America’s crumbling infrastructure throughout several major cities. Upon returning to APA
format, the focus on skilled labor is honed even further by dissecting the overall topic of urban
decay first. That will enable one to provide background information regarding the employment
crises such as an aging skilled workforce as well as the potential for lawlessness caused by
inadequate infrastructure before one can present a possible research-based solution.
The beauty of a so-called “smart-city” is underway in Dubai as skilled labor is applied to
architectural and engineering marvel. Detroit, on the other hand, is undergoing both
infrastructural and cultural degradation as city-wide problems remain unsolved (White et al.,
Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 4
2014, p. 3). Marshall Mathers is among rap legends throughout United States history who have
been speaking of city problems since the rise of so-called gangster rap in the 1990’s. Academic
research into the long-term influence of the gangster rap era will be explored elsewhere; for now,
the discussion quickly returns to a thesis-relevant topic such as urban decay. According to Kurt
Badenhausen (2013) from Forbes, Detroit was the 2013 “Most Miserable City” in America
(White et al., p. 3). Hitting rock bottom leaves room for improvement, and the success of Detroit
will largely determine whether or not any given city in America deserves federal funding for
infrastructure come the arrival of the new presidential administration in 2017. With so many
problems in place, a lengthy solution must begin with America’s controversial education system
in general.
Preparing America’s future STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts,
mathematics) workforce begins with basic skills in early childhood education. There remains
insufficient, direct research into the ‘Apple Grant’ being implemented into the 2016-2017
academic year (Compton Herald, 2015, para. 1). Research, therefore, must seek scholarly
publications from either the previous academic year or the use of tablet devices by young
schoolchildren from a general standpoint. Sam Gliksman (2012), author of iPad in Education for
Dummies, presents an optimistic view of iPad classroom use because schoolchildren will create
stories and “thanks to the Internet and the power of social networking, those digital stories can
now be shared worldwide in an instant” (p. 223). Optimists should never commit the folly of
omitting pros versus cons. The idea of connecting classrooms around the world to the Internet is
nothing new in higher education, but should the younger age groups be employing this
technology in pursuit of their most basic skills?
There exists a triangular relationship between the child’s brain, high-tech media devices,
and, ultimately, the acquisition of valuable skills required by various professional workplaces.
Traxler (2010) raises the concern “about the adaptability of consumer devices to educational use
(Young, 2016, p. 183). Writer’s block has just now resulted due to sloppiness; despite an attempt
to be APA-appropriate, assignment parameters remain largely unaddressed and the use of
rhetorical questions even violates clear instructions otherwise. The immediate construction of
this research paper’s outline is initially optional but becomes strongly suggested in order to
provide the structure necessary to comply with expectations and guidelines.
Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 5
Part Two
Buried beneath many layers of a boring, confusing, and otherwise unpleasant research
process lays some kind of hidden treasure. Highly trained schoolteachers throughout the world
are being tasked with the creation of a 21st century skilled workforce. Unfortunately, only a
completely green economy can endure the burden of transporting people and material goods
through the remainder of this period. Equally troublesome is the fact that this new economy
relies on information and communications technology that are easily corrupted and difficult to
manage. As humanity proceeds beyond the Age of Information, a skilled workforce is steadily
upgrading its dirty energy global infrastructure by using big data to identify 1st grade classrooms
capable of training young schoolchildren inside and outside cyberspace simultaneously.
Developing regions around the world have an advantage over developed regions in the
sense that they have an opportunity to completely bypass the need to construct power grids that
rely on fossil fuel technology. Fortunately, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s
research reveals that “the integration of 35% wind and solar energy into the electric power
system will not require extensive infrastructure if changes are made to operational practices”
(http://www.nrel.gov/grid/wwsis.html). Upgrading the dirty energy infrastructure is a matter of
connecting renewable energy to the extensive power grid responsible for many homes,
businesses, and factories. Upgrade also involves providing back-up generating capacity due to
the possibility that various power failures occur. Therefore, tomorrow’s cities will not struggle
with expensive upgrades if they carefully enter directly into clean energy systems. Unfortunately,
most of the world’s wealth is concentrated in cities that would begin development many years
ago.
The problem is that these mega-cities are now experiencing dangerous levels of urban
decay. Chicago’s metropolitan areas, for instance, suffer from the out-migration of upper-class
households both inner-city and suburbs alike (Haines, 2010, p. 2). The relocation of workplace
talent has become such a big issue that investors throughout Chicago are always trying to predict
the next hot area (p. 2). Other problems of an area going into decay include the highly
diminished ability to implement the rule of law and other social contracts (White et al., 2014, p.
4-5). [[]]Not all causes of urban decay are deliberate acts.
Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 6
The natural aging process may only be controlled so much and the aging skilled
workforce born in the 1940’s, 50’s, and 60’s knows this. Children born on September 9, 2016 are
expected to be alive and somewhat well when the 22nd century approaches (Bloom et al., 2016, p.
4). Bloom appears hopeful about the anti-aging industry’s mastery over biological aging. Bloom
then elaborates on the “lack of policies designed to address the financial, health, and housing
situations of elderly populations” (p. 5). Considering that the most experienced public
administrators are both old and powerful, policies regarding elderly care are expected to receive
most of their attention during late stages of any general election. Voters, therefore, must be
aware of hidden agendas behind healthcare, immigration, economic policies that are obscurely
designed to maximize the quality of life in old age. For instance, Japan would commit nearly its
entire high-tech industrial complex to realizing a hotel staffed by robots (MotherBoard, 2015).
The relationship between elderly care and advanced robotics may explain a subliminal if not
mysterious reality about human nature that is only revealed after a lifetime of experience. A
skilled workforce that can reach upward toward increasingly higher potential chooses to
prioritize career primarily, yet there is something about career aspirations that begins to make
sense along the way. Memories of parenthood are indestructible for all of time and this is what
divides the human race into two opposing ideologies regarding the concept of life and death:
martyrdom in the name of selflessness, martyrdom in the name of supremacy. Those who walk
amongst this planet may be able to choose their own demise, but a vastly greater force has
interfered and, again, the natural process of life is being imposed by Mother Nature.
An unpredictable, unstable, and irreversible shifting of planet Earth’s climate is identified
as urban decay’s second major problem following the absence of skilled work. President
Obama’s Climate Action Plan identifies the need for “technical support for land managers to
respond to drought, heat stress, floods, pests, and changes in the growing season”
(http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usda/usdahome?navid=climate-change). Skilled farmers are not
immune from dangerous weather patterns despite contributions from scientifically advanced
monitoring capabilities. If reliable access to safe food undergoes disruption, the entirety of the
greater economy will inevitably undergo disruption in measurable proportion. There are entire
nation-states throughout the developing world that still rely on their agricultural economy to
support any possibility of progress through subsequent stages. Although it is previously
mentioned that underdeveloped regions possess an advantage upon bypassing dirty energy, there
Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 7
is always the gamble that entire tribes and villages are literally rendered nonexistent once climate
change goes extreme. Fortunately, there is a way to literally connect distant regions to
humanity’s climate change emergency response task force.
Finally, urban decay has the remaining challenge associated with modern information and
communications technology (ICT). President Obama announces on September 8, 2016 that
Brigadier General (retired) Gregory J. Touhill is America’s first Federal Chief Information
Security Officer (CISO). In short, this policy problem arguably boils down to whether or not
anybody else is willing to co-accept full blame for Touhill’s costly mistakes committed in the
new, sophisticated, and overwhelmingly fast-paced war theater known as cyberspace. It is
important not to crucify, figuratively speaking, the world’s very first CISO for any poor mistakes
conducted in pursuit of secure and efficient ICT systems designed to minimize urban decay. The
introduction of this third and final challenge is deliberately sequential considering the need to
provide context to a highly sensitive discussion in academia. Academic scholars may or may not
agree that intellectual property is difficult to explain post-Information Age due to the frequency
of copyright infringement occurring on the cyber black market (Sell, 2013, p. 67-85).[
determining the motivation is problematic, the anonymity, overall prevalence and access to
cyberspace from a remote location, which are the main factors of modern ICT, allow the
perpetrators to cleverly disguise their identity and the origin of attack (Bernik, 2014, p. 59)]
[][][[]
There may or may not exist people alive who are obsessed with everything-data post-
Information Age. [Big data sets derived from social media giants such as Facebook or Twitter
are costly, meaning that political campaigns with smaller budgets are often unable to purchase
the information (Novak, 2014, para. 7)
Big data has a noble task of analyzing and improving computer use in the early childhood
setting. A notable start is that Apple is granting multiple iPad tablet computers to the Compton
Unified School District including Kelly Elementary School located in Compton, CA (Compton
Herald, 2015, para. 1-2). Unfortunately, research into the actual Apple Grant remains primitive
although related research studies are already becoming increasingly available. For instance, one
early study, to be examined here shortly, would seek insight into how teachers’ attitudes are
developing over the course of such high-tech, early learning methods. Big data[]]]
Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 8
Upgrading dirty energy can be difficult and the success or failure of big data analytic’s
utilization in early childhood education will largely determine whether or not the long-term
survival of fusion energy projects persists. With over 60 years of experience, the Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory’s daily goal of combating energy shortages
[[[](https://www.llnl.gov/about). Energy Minister Andrea Leadsom is assisting in the preparation
of a “pipeline of energy sector projects likely to create demand” for highly-skilled engineers who
are currently employed by the oil and gas industry (Department of Energy and Climate Change,
2016, para. 2).
Now that the energy crisis’ most important projects are identified, big data scientists can
successfully transfer responsibility, authority, and stewardship to CISO. CISO is responsible for
coordinating with the Department of Homeland Security to patch critical vulnerabilities,
authorized to tighten policies and practices for privileged users, and must steward all the
Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards necessary for authentication
(https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/omb/budget/fy2016/assets/fact_sheets/enhancing
-strengthening-federal-government-cybersecurity.pdf).
Indeed, life on Earth changes following the big data solution to urban decay, beginning
with promoting the quality of life for billions of people. The hope is that school participation
may even be considered a cool sort of activity, given that select schools are fortunate enough to
access social media through the World Wide Web. “allow almost anyone to create his or her own
immortality for any size community-either a family's future generations or an intellectual
community” (Bell) “Indeed, the real cost of CyberAll is in the data capture, data organization,
and data presentation” [[[maximize ego –byebye boredom-]]
Scholars may or may not agree with any statistical data that the child’s brain can only
acquire high-value skills by training both within and without vast cyberspace. Ancient
pedagogies would initially require little or zero information skills, depending on how one argues
the use of and control over basic biological processes such as instincts and natural reflexes;
however, modern pedagogies require conscious interaction with information beyond the five
senses, otherwise known as object permanence. Object permanence is one concept that can
explain how “information” and “The Creator” are two distinct [symbols] yet one in the same
thing. The American Psychological Association has legal and exclusive rights over these two

shall we?
Triune
“Happy are all the men who shall grieve over you, over all your chastisements, For they shall
rejoice in you as they behold all your joy forever” –Tobit 13:14, New American Bible
If the rattus norvegicus study can be used first to address some important questions about
nonhuman cognition, then the study of the human baby’s prefrontal cortex will follow up with a
second interpretative discussion here. According to Dwyer and Waldmann, the scientific
community is intrigued by the possibility that “animals might, in addition to simple associative
processes, also have far richer ways of representing the causal texture of their environment” (p.
192). These associations between a conditioned stimulus (CS) and an unconditioned stimulus
(US) is explained by the fact that animals are untrammeled by complex reasoning and therefore
the conditioning would have to occur in the given organism’s own unique manners. Unique
manners aside, the rattus norvegicus study attempts to distinguish between an animal’s inherent
ability to learn from experience versus an animal’s ability to retrieve information from higher-
cognitive functions. Measuring stimulus activation caused by visual perception of light from a
controlled source is the overall focus of this first study because the animal must assess truth
value and relate to what it knows about the activation of visual stimuli.
Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 10
At Level 1, Dwyer and Waldmann seek to measure the animal’s ability to retrieve
information from beyond an observed sample of events. Level 1 applies a theoretical
representation of the world called sample-based theories. At level 2, on the other hand, causal
models are to be used due to “general assumption that causal processes are unobservable and
need to be inferred based on observations and prior knowledge” (Dwyer & Waldmann, 2016, p.
194). In other words, animals having limited cognition ought to encounter difficulty when
reacting to the manipulation of light if that animal cannot determine an observable cause of that
manipulation. Overall, representation of the world concerns behavioral science because some
organisms possess unexplainable decision-making capabilities.
Human babies have rapidly developing brains but the prefrontal cortex does not fully
mature until a quarter century from birth. If babies can somehow manage to set strong goals
before acquiring their very first memory of the life span, Whedon et al.’s (2016) recent scientific
study is designed to observe changes in the organization make-up of a rapidly developing
prefrontal cortex (PFC) that supposedly underlies the emergence of attentional control and higher
cognition (p. 1341). I vividly remember turning 5-years-old and sitting in front of my birthday
cake; but gosh darn it, I just can’t tell whether this other unrelated early memory occurs before
or after... regardless, you must proceed, hero.
Hundreds of years later, the legacy of dirty energy is defined by humanity’s few short
years of meticulous transition into a new economic system. It only makes sense that the destiny
of the Information Age is to create highly skilled information workers capable of leading
students into the next technological era. Mathematically speaking, the burden of leadership rests
upon the tiny shoulders of young children born in recent years. These 1st grade students are due
to inherit a wealth of knowledge once placed on the so-called shoulders of giants. One arrives at
the final moment of life and remembers that in the beginning of life no skills are required –
except the skills of close loved ones.

If the first priority of a skilled worker is to ensure that the environment favors their own family’s long-term survival, that worker must secure access to safe food, reliable colleagues, and a Green Economy. The future urgently calls for a global economy that begins with a strong education system designed to address two major threats to modern survival: energy policies and communication flow. The most convenient way to efficiently replicate skilled labor across subsequent generations in order to perpetuate and maintain humanity’s quality of life forever is for the Facebook company to attempt the second launch of a satellite into outer space. The era of global connectivity cannot be stopped beyond the point of no return come Labor Day 2016. Mr. Zuckerberg is CEO of Facebook and announces on October 5, 2015 that he will use company resources to bring Internet connection to many underdeveloped regions throughout Africa (Zuckerberg, 2015, para. 1-4). Such acts of philanthropy are considered common among the millennial generation that is due to inherit the wealth of work experience from the preceding generations that have given rise to the modern era as one understands it. Skilled labor is replicating from one generation to the next; however, for the first time in history there will be a prosocial impact of gargantuan magnitudes via social media platforms such as Facebook (unless one prefers Yahoo!). Unfortunately, there is a major hurdle to overcome at the time being. Before returning to strict APA adherence, more current events shall be addressed in this overall research process. SpaceX announces the failure of a costly project to launch Facebook’s initial satellite into outer space (Cofield, 2016, para. 5). Connecting Africa’s commoner to the vast online network of Western civilization is one of several ideal foundations for any further progress in pursuit of replicating skilled labor on a worldwide basis. Creating this peer-based flow of free information is similar to the argument that the placement of any educational
  • 3. Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 3 structure is a universal human right, one that populations within the African continent are largely missing out on. One major stepping stone in pursuit of providing commoners a world-class education begins with access to user-friendly information and communications technology such as social media. Without the launch of Facebook’s satellite, the question is, Can a second stepping stone be identified yet? The idealistic approach to creating a skilled workforce boils down to Africa’s so-called diaspora networks of families in rapid development today. Between January 20, 2009 and September 9, 2016, Barack Hussein Obama remains commander-in-chief of all U.S. Special Forces operating worldwide (https://www.whitehouse.gov/issues/defense). His successful rise to power, if not symbolic, proves that it only takes a few short generations on American soil to advance an individual to the highest office that will ever exist. The discussion of current events must persist just a short while longer although the promise of APA format must not be abandoned in this research process. President Obama’s lengthy war against al-Qaeda and the Islamic State involves the liberation of oppressed civilians from extremist militant activities of brutal scope. Gen. Raymond Thomas has been tasked with the oversight of U.S. Special Forces operations in Somalia as a result of increased terrorist momentum in the African region (Starr, 2016, para. 7). Best of luck, heroes. Current events aside, there is an APA-approved alternative approach to explain how to replicate skilled labor and it is far more difficult to transmit in written form as opposed to the use of the vehicle of live human experience. The academic discussion of lawlessness in war-torn regions occurs in the context of America’s crumbling infrastructure throughout several major cities. Upon returning to APA format, the focus on skilled labor is honed even further by dissecting the overall topic of urban decay first. That will enable one to provide background information regarding the employment crises such as an aging skilled workforce as well as the potential for lawlessness caused by inadequate infrastructure before one can present a possible research-based solution. The beauty of a so-called “smart-city” is underway in Dubai as skilled labor is applied to architectural and engineering marvel. Detroit, on the other hand, is undergoing both infrastructural and cultural degradation as city-wide problems remain unsolved (White et al.,
  • 4. Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 4 2014, p. 3). Marshall Mathers is among rap legends throughout United States history who have been speaking of city problems since the rise of so-called gangster rap in the 1990’s. Academic research into the long-term influence of the gangster rap era will be explored elsewhere; for now, the discussion quickly returns to a thesis-relevant topic such as urban decay. According to Kurt Badenhausen (2013) from Forbes, Detroit was the 2013 “Most Miserable City” in America (White et al., p. 3). Hitting rock bottom leaves room for improvement, and the success of Detroit will largely determine whether or not any given city in America deserves federal funding for infrastructure come the arrival of the new presidential administration in 2017. With so many problems in place, a lengthy solution must begin with America’s controversial education system in general. Preparing America’s future STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) workforce begins with basic skills in early childhood education. There remains insufficient, direct research into the ‘Apple Grant’ being implemented into the 2016-2017 academic year (Compton Herald, 2015, para. 1). Research, therefore, must seek scholarly publications from either the previous academic year or the use of tablet devices by young schoolchildren from a general standpoint. Sam Gliksman (2012), author of iPad in Education for Dummies, presents an optimistic view of iPad classroom use because schoolchildren will create stories and “thanks to the Internet and the power of social networking, those digital stories can now be shared worldwide in an instant” (p. 223). Optimists should never commit the folly of omitting pros versus cons. The idea of connecting classrooms around the world to the Internet is nothing new in higher education, but should the younger age groups be employing this technology in pursuit of their most basic skills? There exists a triangular relationship between the child’s brain, high-tech media devices, and, ultimately, the acquisition of valuable skills required by various professional workplaces. Traxler (2010) raises the concern “about the adaptability of consumer devices to educational use (Young, 2016, p. 183). Writer’s block has just now resulted due to sloppiness; despite an attempt to be APA-appropriate, assignment parameters remain largely unaddressed and the use of rhetorical questions even violates clear instructions otherwise. The immediate construction of this research paper’s outline is initially optional but becomes strongly suggested in order to provide the structure necessary to comply with expectations and guidelines.
  • 5. Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 5 Part Two Buried beneath many layers of a boring, confusing, and otherwise unpleasant research process lays some kind of hidden treasure. Highly trained schoolteachers throughout the world are being tasked with the creation of a 21st century skilled workforce. Unfortunately, only a completely green economy can endure the burden of transporting people and material goods through the remainder of this period. Equally troublesome is the fact that this new economy relies on information and communications technology that are easily corrupted and difficult to manage. As humanity proceeds beyond the Age of Information, a skilled workforce is steadily upgrading its dirty energy global infrastructure by using big data to identify 1st grade classrooms capable of training young schoolchildren inside and outside cyberspace simultaneously. Developing regions around the world have an advantage over developed regions in the sense that they have an opportunity to completely bypass the need to construct power grids that rely on fossil fuel technology. Fortunately, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s research reveals that “the integration of 35% wind and solar energy into the electric power system will not require extensive infrastructure if changes are made to operational practices” (http://www.nrel.gov/grid/wwsis.html). Upgrading the dirty energy infrastructure is a matter of connecting renewable energy to the extensive power grid responsible for many homes, businesses, and factories. Upgrade also involves providing back-up generating capacity due to the possibility that various power failures occur. Therefore, tomorrow’s cities will not struggle with expensive upgrades if they carefully enter directly into clean energy systems. Unfortunately, most of the world’s wealth is concentrated in cities that would begin development many years ago. The problem is that these mega-cities are now experiencing dangerous levels of urban decay. Chicago’s metropolitan areas, for instance, suffer from the out-migration of upper-class households both inner-city and suburbs alike (Haines, 2010, p. 2). The relocation of workplace talent has become such a big issue that investors throughout Chicago are always trying to predict the next hot area (p. 2). Other problems of an area going into decay include the highly diminished ability to implement the rule of law and other social contracts (White et al., 2014, p. 4-5). [[]]Not all causes of urban decay are deliberate acts.
  • 6. Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 6 The natural aging process may only be controlled so much and the aging skilled workforce born in the 1940’s, 50’s, and 60’s knows this. Children born on September 9, 2016 are expected to be alive and somewhat well when the 22nd century approaches (Bloom et al., 2016, p. 4). Bloom appears hopeful about the anti-aging industry’s mastery over biological aging. Bloom then elaborates on the “lack of policies designed to address the financial, health, and housing situations of elderly populations” (p. 5). Considering that the most experienced public administrators are both old and powerful, policies regarding elderly care are expected to receive most of their attention during late stages of any general election. Voters, therefore, must be aware of hidden agendas behind healthcare, immigration, economic policies that are obscurely designed to maximize the quality of life in old age. For instance, Japan would commit nearly its entire high-tech industrial complex to realizing a hotel staffed by robots (MotherBoard, 2015). The relationship between elderly care and advanced robotics may explain a subliminal if not mysterious reality about human nature that is only revealed after a lifetime of experience. A skilled workforce that can reach upward toward increasingly higher potential chooses to prioritize career primarily, yet there is something about career aspirations that begins to make sense along the way. Memories of parenthood are indestructible for all of time and this is what divides the human race into two opposing ideologies regarding the concept of life and death: martyrdom in the name of selflessness, martyrdom in the name of supremacy. Those who walk amongst this planet may be able to choose their own demise, but a vastly greater force has interfered and, again, the natural process of life is being imposed by Mother Nature. An unpredictable, unstable, and irreversible shifting of planet Earth’s climate is identified as urban decay’s second major problem following the absence of skilled work. President Obama’s Climate Action Plan identifies the need for “technical support for land managers to respond to drought, heat stress, floods, pests, and changes in the growing season” (http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usda/usdahome?navid=climate-change). Skilled farmers are not immune from dangerous weather patterns despite contributions from scientifically advanced monitoring capabilities. If reliable access to safe food undergoes disruption, the entirety of the greater economy will inevitably undergo disruption in measurable proportion. There are entire nation-states throughout the developing world that still rely on their agricultural economy to support any possibility of progress through subsequent stages. Although it is previously mentioned that underdeveloped regions possess an advantage upon bypassing dirty energy, there
  • 7. Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 7 is always the gamble that entire tribes and villages are literally rendered nonexistent once climate change goes extreme. Fortunately, there is a way to literally connect distant regions to humanity’s climate change emergency response task force. Finally, urban decay has the remaining challenge associated with modern information and communications technology (ICT). President Obama announces on September 8, 2016 that Brigadier General (retired) Gregory J. Touhill is America’s first Federal Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). In short, this policy problem arguably boils down to whether or not anybody else is willing to co-accept full blame for Touhill’s costly mistakes committed in the new, sophisticated, and overwhelmingly fast-paced war theater known as cyberspace. It is important not to crucify, figuratively speaking, the world’s very first CISO for any poor mistakes conducted in pursuit of secure and efficient ICT systems designed to minimize urban decay. The introduction of this third and final challenge is deliberately sequential considering the need to provide context to a highly sensitive discussion in academia. Academic scholars may or may not agree that intellectual property is difficult to explain post-Information Age due to the frequency of copyright infringement occurring on the cyber black market (Sell, 2013, p. 67-85).[ determining the motivation is problematic, the anonymity, overall prevalence and access to cyberspace from a remote location, which are the main factors of modern ICT, allow the perpetrators to cleverly disguise their identity and the origin of attack (Bernik, 2014, p. 59)] [][][[] There may or may not exist people alive who are obsessed with everything-data post- Information Age. [Big data sets derived from social media giants such as Facebook or Twitter are costly, meaning that political campaigns with smaller budgets are often unable to purchase the information (Novak, 2014, para. 7) Big data has a noble task of analyzing and improving computer use in the early childhood setting. A notable start is that Apple is granting multiple iPad tablet computers to the Compton Unified School District including Kelly Elementary School located in Compton, CA (Compton Herald, 2015, para. 1-2). Unfortunately, research into the actual Apple Grant remains primitive although related research studies are already becoming increasingly available. For instance, one early study, to be examined here shortly, would seek insight into how teachers’ attitudes are developing over the course of such high-tech, early learning methods. Big data[]]]
  • 8. Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 8 Upgrading dirty energy can be difficult and the success or failure of big data analytic’s utilization in early childhood education will largely determine whether or not the long-term survival of fusion energy projects persists. With over 60 years of experience, the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s daily goal of combating energy shortages [[[](https://www.llnl.gov/about). Energy Minister Andrea Leadsom is assisting in the preparation of a “pipeline of energy sector projects likely to create demand” for highly-skilled engineers who are currently employed by the oil and gas industry (Department of Energy and Climate Change, 2016, para. 2). Now that the energy crisis’ most important projects are identified, big data scientists can successfully transfer responsibility, authority, and stewardship to CISO. CISO is responsible for coordinating with the Department of Homeland Security to patch critical vulnerabilities, authorized to tighten policies and practices for privileged users, and must steward all the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards necessary for authentication (https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/omb/budget/fy2016/assets/fact_sheets/enhancing -strengthening-federal-government-cybersecurity.pdf). Indeed, life on Earth changes following the big data solution to urban decay, beginning with promoting the quality of life for billions of people. The hope is that school participation may even be considered a cool sort of activity, given that select schools are fortunate enough to access social media through the World Wide Web. “allow almost anyone to create his or her own immortality for any size community-either a family's future generations or an intellectual community” (Bell) “Indeed, the real cost of CyberAll is in the data capture, data organization, and data presentation” [[[maximize ego –byebye boredom-]] Scholars may or may not agree with any statistical data that the child’s brain can only acquire high-value skills by training both within and without vast cyberspace. Ancient pedagogies would initially require little or zero information skills, depending on how one argues the use of and control over basic biological processes such as instincts and natural reflexes; however, modern pedagogies require conscious interaction with information beyond the five senses, otherwise known as object permanence. Object permanence is one concept that can explain how “information” and “The Creator” are two distinct [symbols] yet one in the same thing. The American Psychological Association has legal and exclusive rights over these two

Triune “Happy are all the men who shall grieve over you, over all your chastisements, For they shall rejoice in you as they behold all your joy forever” –Tobit 13:14, New American Bible If the rattus norvegicus study can be used first to address some important questions about nonhuman cognition, then the study of the human baby’s prefrontal cortex will follow up with a second interpretative discussion here. According to Dwyer and Waldmann, the scientific community is intrigued by the possibility that “animals might, in addition to simple associative processes, also have far richer ways of representing the causal texture of their environment” (p. 192). These associations between a conditioned stimulus (CS) and an unconditioned stimulus (US) is explained by the fact that animals are untrammeled by complex reasoning and therefore the conditioning would have to occur in the given organism’s own unique manners. Unique manners aside, the rattus norvegicus study attempts to distinguish between an animal’s inherent ability to learn from experience versus an animal’s ability to retrieve information from higher- cognitive functions. Measuring stimulus activation caused by visual perception of light from a controlled source is the overall focus of this first study because the animal must assess truth value and relate to what it knows about the activation of visual stimuli.
  • 10. Running head: INDESTRUCTIBLE FORCES FOR ALL OF TIME 10 At Level 1, Dwyer and Waldmann seek to measure the animal’s ability to retrieve information from beyond an observed sample of events. Level 1 applies a theoretical representation of the world called sample-based theories. At level 2, on the other hand, causal models are to be used due to “general assumption that causal processes are unobservable and need to be inferred based on observations and prior knowledge” (Dwyer & Waldmann, 2016, p. 194). In other words, animals having limited cognition ought to encounter difficulty when reacting to the manipulation of light if that animal cannot determine an observable cause of that manipulation. Overall, representation of the world concerns behavioral science because some organisms possess unexplainable decision-making capabilities. Human babies have rapidly developing brains but the prefrontal cortex does not fully mature until a quarter century from birth. If babies can somehow manage to set strong goals before acquiring their very first memory of the life span, Whedon et al.’s (2016) recent scientific study is designed to observe changes in the organization make-up of a rapidly developing prefrontal cortex (PFC) that supposedly underlies the emergence of attentional control and higher cognition (p. 1341). I vividly remember turning 5-years-old and sitting in front of my birthday cake; but gosh darn it, I just can’t tell whether this other unrelated early memory occurs before or after... regardless, you must proceed, hero. Hundreds of years later, the legacy of dirty energy is defined by humanity’s few short years of meticulous transition into a new economic system. It only makes sense that the destiny of the Information Age is to create highly skilled information workers capable of leading students into the next technological era. Mathematically speaking, the burden of leadership rests upon the tiny shoulders of young children born in recent years. These 1st grade students are due to inherit a wealth of knowledge once placed on the so-called shoulders of giants. One arrives at the final moment of life and remembers that in the beginning of life no skills are required – except the skills of close loved ones.
