The document presents a numerical study on the heat transfer characteristics of pulsating turbulent air flow in a circular tube, aimed at understanding how pulsation affects heat transfer rates under varying conditions. Using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) with a Fluent code, the study investigates the flow and temperature fields while addressing the influence of parameters like frequency and Reynolds number on the Nusselt number. Results indicate minimal changes in mean Nusselt number compared to steady flows, highlighting the complexities and varying effects of pulsating flow on heat transfer.
