- 1. January 12, 2017 To whom it may concern, This letter of recommendation is for Dennis Morgan, our Quality Manager/Coordinator. Dennis is an outstanding individual in meeting the requirements expected of him in his position. He started Devin with an unmanaged quality department with very little quality within the organization and has brought it to new heights that everyone has supported within the endeavor. Devin had a Quality Management System in place from a previous parent company, but once the buyout was imminent with NOV the avenues that were set-up were not beneficial to the organizational needs within Devin. Although a QMS was in place from a previous parent company; Dennis took the leadership and revamped the entire management system by rewriting the quality manual and all level 2 procedures along with many of the level 3 work instructions. Dennis has also created an avenue to utilize SharePoint to drive the QMS program that encompasses many aspects of the management system from Corrective Action Program, Calibration and many others. Dennis can be counted on to complete specific task from driving personnel to completing targeted task. His days entail 10 to 12 hours respectively. You won’t find someone more dedicated and reliable person than you will in Dennis. If you have the opportunity to speak with Dennis everything that has been said will be evident and I would highly recommend him and give him every consideration to assist meeting your bottom-line.
