Abstract
Are	your	enterprise	apps	growing	in	complexity?	Is	your	organization	under
increasing	pressure	to	deliver	continuous	end-to-end	performance	across	multiple
platforms	– with	fewer	resources?	This	2-day	Mainframe	Performance
Management	curriculum	is	aimed	at	helping	IT	operations	staff	work	smarter	not
harder	by	sharing	new	tools	that	make	it	easier	to	monitor	mainframe	systems	and
remediate	issues	more	quickly.	In	this	first	session,	learn	about	new	CA	SYSVIEW
features	like	Mainframe	Team	Center	and	Operational	Intelligence,	and	how	the
evolution	towards	adaptive	expert	systems	will	assist	non	expert	users	during
triage	while	also	increasing	efficiency	of	subject	matter	experts	during	issue
resolution.
