What gender are you?Male= 11Female=9We asked 20 members of the public what gender they were to see which were more interested in horror/thriller films, our results show males were more interested as 11 males answered compared to 9 females, however there wasn’t a big difference between both so it shows our sequence appeals to both genders.
What age category do you fit within?15-17= 1318-21=522 and over = 2These results show that out of the 20 people that took this questionnaire majority of them were aged 15-17, showing horror/ thriller films are more popular with 15-17 year olds than any other ages.  Our target audience is aimed at people 15+ so these results show we should make sure our sequence appeals to this age group.
How often do you watch thriller film?All the time= 5Sometimes= 15Never= 0 These results show that more 75% of the 20 people that took this questionnaire watch thriller films sometimes.
If so what thrillers appeal to you the most from below?The pulp fiction=6The dark knight=2Inception=12 These results show the most popular thriller is inception; we can try adding some elements from inception to ours to make sure our audience enjoys ours just as much
What do you enjoy most about thrillers?Violence=2Storyline/Narrative=3Suspense=12Characters=3These results show that most people look for suspense in thrillers. This helps us to know that we need to put suspense into our sequence to suit our audience’s entertainment preferences.
Do you prefer to watch a male lead as main role or female?Male=6Female=13Either=1Over half of the 20 people who took the questionnaire preferred to watch female as the main role in a thriller film, this is a good result as our main role is a female in our sequence.
Do you believe Haunted is an appropriate name for our supernatural thriller film?Yes = 18No = 2These results show that we chose the right name for our thriller and our audience thinks it suitable.
After reading the synopsis which age certification do you think Haunted is most suitable for?15=1612A=018+=4The results show our audience agrees that the age certificate for haunted should be 15, so we should keep it.  
After reading our synopsis and script do you believe it is easy to establish that our film is a thriller? Yes=15 No=575% said it was easy to establish that our film is a thriller which shows we understood our genre enough to put enough elements of that genre in our sequence for it to be noticeable  and clear.               
What are the conventions you look for in a thriller?Twist=7Mysteries/Enigmas=8Realistic locations=2Believable heroes=4 These results show that the favourite conventions are twists and mysteries/enigmas; we don’t have time to show a twist in the sequence as its only 2 minutes long however there will be a mysterious side including a tense atmosphere.  .               
Would you watch our film after reading the script?Yes=16No=4These results show a good sign that majority people will watch out film after reading our script, and that the script is interesting and entertaining enough for our audience.
