It’s application-to-person (A2P) SMS technologies – global platforms used by businesses and organizations to communicate with their customers, notify or alert them, interact with them, build engagement and loyalty. For sure you’ve received an A2P SMS messages many times. Examples - one time PIN code to confirm your identity when logging in to Facebook, SMS balance notification, or a reservation confirmation via SMS,. All these messages were sent to you from different applications, through the professional SMS platform.
  • #6: How will A2P SMS platforms (professional messaging platforms) – used by worlds’ largest banks, brands, and Internet companies like Google and Facebook - develop in 2015 and beyond?
