- 2. Within quark I have used many features to make my cover page look professional, I have used The textbox tool to import my text and make the layout look professional. I then used the image tool to insert my images of the social network. To create my shape I had to use the shape tool and hold shift down so that the shape would be right and in per portion
- 3. I have also created a rectangle behind my text so that the text its self will stand out and i have also put on a glow so that the rectangle stands out and gives it a pop theme. I have inserted my images that i edited on Photoshop to give the contents page a professional feel. I have also created a “speech” bubble to make the text stand out and make it look like that the person has said it. The colours i have used gives the contents page a pop theme
- 5. For my double page spread I have inserted my images with the image tool and scaled them down to the right size. Originally I edited my image on photoshop so that I could create the crack down the photo, I did this by first using the pen tool to create the path and shape of where it would be. I then filled the shape that I had created with a white colour. I also used the text tool on Photoshop to create the text “The break up”. I added a stroke on to my text so that it makes the text more bold and makes it stand out.
- 6. I used the text tools to create a textbox, with the text tool I was able to create the text box in a column layout so that I will conform to a professional music magazine page. I changed the colour of the text so that the reader can tell what is the question and the answer, I did this by highlighting all the text I wanted to change and selecting the colour tool. At the beginning of my text I increased the size of my text.
