This document provides a call script for conducting a survey of SMARTnet service contract customers regarding their satisfaction and feedback on renewal notification emails. The script includes 12 survey questions to collect information on customer satisfaction levels, perceptions of key SMARTnet features, the renewal decision process, and awareness and preferences for automated renewal notifications. Customers indicating high satisfaction may be asked for a quote about their SMARTnet experience to use in marketing materials. The call agent is also prompted to provide information to customers about the Smart Call Home feature if requested.
