The study presents a Smart Fire Scene Digital Twin System (SFS-DTS) that enhances firefighting training through real-time fire spread simulations and escape route optimization using machine learning models. The system integrates various machine learning algorithms, showcasing superior performance in predicting fire spread and estimating escape routes, while also providing an immersive training environment that enables personalized scenarios and immediate feedback. User evaluations indicated positive experiences regarding the system's efficiency, stimulation, and overall usability, highlighting its potential to revolutionize firefighting training and safety management.
