- 2. From Resource Management’s home page you and your employees can access your payroll and employee personnel data.
- 3. Client Login – You have secure access to your employee’s data, the ability to enter your payroll hours, make changes to your employee records, as well as access HR related forms and information. Additionally, you can reprint previous years’ W-2 forms.
- 4. Employee Login – You can give your employees secure access to their own personal payroll data and information. They can view their benefit deductions, Flexible Spending Account and Paid Time Off balances. Additionally, employees can reprint their check stubs from the web interface.
- 5. Our online web application features a state of the art security encryption to ensure that information is not available to anyone without your consent.

- 11. All of your HR Administration needs are in your hands! Your authorized in-house administrator(s) now have the power to make changes on-the-fly. No forms or paperwork to fill out! Changes are easy to enter, but please be aware some changes (i.e. pay rate & new hire entry) will need to be approved by your RMI Human Resources Representative.

- 15. Self-Service Reports – Available in PDF or Excel files HR Reports give you access to all of your employee data. This includes census information as well as the ability to track and report on employee skill sets, scheduled physical exams and compensation.
