The data and values will be passed to Dialogue, Barcode is applied in Dialogue and PDFs will be stored at certain location and will be pulled during Engine run time. This process is automated, dynamic and will solve memory issues and In future if there are changes to the PDFs all have to do is place the new PDFs in the stored path and no changes required to be coded in Dialogue. Basic functionality of Statement Development Team involves accepting trade information from various sources like BPS, SIS and external clients and to generate daily trade confirmations, Monthly Account Statements, Annual Tax forms, Letters and Checks etc. We use mainframe to process data and compose pages on Dialogue to generate Confirmations and Statements. These Documents will be mailed to end-clients on the required frequency. Before print, production controls (Barcodes) are added to docs using Stream weaver. Dialogue is a Document Composition tool, which is used to design pages like trade confirmations, statements, etc. in our product. After the development of application on Dialogue completes, we need to package it and execute the module on mainframe/Unix. Elixir is a Graphics Editor tool, which was used to generate logos of the companies for printing on the page.
