SCRIPT FOR ONLINE SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL (SLAC)
Day 1 – February 2, 2022
- A pleasant morning to everyone. So, how’s everybody after the two-week
academic ease? I hope everyone is feeling healthy and very much alive
today. Probably sawa na po kayo sa akin pero I will be the moderator po
during our three-day Online School Learning Action Cell. So, we are about
to start this SLAC session in a few minutes, so may I advise everyone to
please find your most comfortable seats in your respective homes and to
eat your breakfast of course so your minds will be more ready to take in a
lot of information today. Thank you.
- Once again, a happy and blessed morning to each of us present here in the
first day of our Online SLAC. It is indeed a pleasant and delightful day for
we are about to embark on a journey in capacitating ourselves on various
important topics that will definitely help us to further hone our skills as
educators.
- And so to start our program, let us seek the guidance of our Almighty
Father through a prayer to be led by our very diligent head teacher in
Mathematics, Ma’am Irene Magno.
- Thank you, Ma’am Irene. Now, let us express our spirit of nationalism by
singing along with our National Anthem which will be played via audio-
visual presentation.
- And to check if everyone is already present here and is very much ready
for the first day of our SLAC session, may I call on the energetic head
teacher of the AP department, Ma’am Roma Dumandan, to lead the roll
call.
- Thank you so much, Ma’am Roma, for that engaging and entertaining roll
call.
- At this point, to formally open our three-day Online School Learning Action
Cell, let us hear the message that will be coming from the dedicated and
ever-supportive school principal of Jose C. Payumo Jr. Memorial High
School, let us all welcome, Dr. Aida P. Capili, for her opening remarks.
Please give her a resounding virtual applause.
- Thank you, Ma’am Aida, for those wonderful words.
- And of course, before we head straight to the next part of the program, I
would just like to remind everyone to please mute your microphones so as
to avoid any interruption while someone is presenting and to please listen
carefully to the lecturers. You will be given the chance to ask questions
right after the discussion of the speaker.
- I hope that everyone is now ready, for we are going to proceed to the
lecture proper.
- Let me now introduce our first resource speaker for today:
Our first lecturer is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information
Technology major in ICT, has units in education and is currently one of
the TLE teachers in our school. He is a computer literate and is very
passionate in his line of specialty. He is also the current School LIS
coordinator. To enlighten us on how to install and use adobe acrobat
reader and how to encode personal information in PNPKI from bulk file,
let us welcome with a warm round of virtual applause our skilled
resource speaker, Sir Arjay Famularcano.
- Thank you, Sir Arjay for your comprehensive discussion about adobe
acrobat reader.
- To my dear colleagues, if you have questions about the topic, it is now the
time to raise them so that our speaker can further enlighten you about it.
- If you no longer have questions, we are now going to have our lunch break
and we’ll be back at 1pm. Bon appetite, everyone!
- Alright, so we’re back for the afternoon session. I hope gising pa po ang
lahat though it’s supposedly the time for us to take a nap. Hindi ko na po
papatagalin pa, we will now move to the second discussant for today:
Our second resource speaker is one of the Master Teachers in Senior High
School. He is also the ICT coordinator for data management and the one
in-charged of the iHUB computer lab, he is the laboratory custodian in SHS
and is the STEM and TVL group head.
His vast knowledge in ICT has paved the way for him in becoming a
national illustrator, a microsoft certified educator and a google certified
educator. He is actually one of the persons we run to whenever we have
queries or troubles in using Microsoft Teams and other computer-related
problems.
With no further ado, let us all offer our resounding virtual clap for our skilled
respurce speaker, Sir Jaycee Barcelona.
Good afternoon, Sir Jaycee! The floor is yours.
Thank you for that in-depth and very interactive discussion on PNPKI, Sir
Jaycee.
- Again, if you have any questions for Sir Jaycee, this is now the time to
raise them.
- Once again, thank you, Sir Jaycee.
- And, this concludes the first day of our online school learning action cell.
- May I ask if there are additional announcement or reminders from our
department heads?
- So, I guess, let’s call it a day! Thank you for your participation and see you
again tomorrow morning for the second day of our SLAC. May God bless us
all.
Day 2 – February 10, 2022
- A pleasant and happy morning po to everyone. Today, we are going to have
the continuation po of our online school learning action cell. Last week, we
gained in-depth information on PNPKI from our two skilled resource

na po sa submission ng ating PNPKI form sa LMS.
- Ayan, so last time po, our school principal was not able to join us due to an
important matter that she needed to attend to, so today po before tayo
mag-move sa ating lecture proper, let us first hear the message that will be
coming from the dedicated and ever-supportive school principal of Jose C.
Payumo Jr. Memorial High School, let us all welcome with a resounding
virtual applause, Dr. Aida P. Capili
- Ayan, so I know that all of us po are busy sa SBM and sa ating mga modules,
so hindi na po natin ‘to papatagalin pa. Before po tayo mag-move sa lecture

Improving One’s presentation through Canva, please welcome with a
resounding virtual applause the very reliable and knowledgeable resource
