EXTENSION AND LINKAGES • INDUSTRY - ACADEME LINKAGES – linkages within the last 8 years – Each linkage must result to one (1) activity per year for three (3) years (OJT activities are not included) – Linkage must be evidenced by documentation on research collaboration, projects, trainings, immersion programs and the like (that involved ITE faculty and/or students).

EXTENSION AND LINKAGES • ACADEMIC LINKAGES – per linkage with HEIs within the last 8 years (pro- rated) – Each linkage must result to one (1) activity per year for three (3) years. – Linkage must be evidenced by documentation on student exchange, faculty exchange, joint research and the like (that involved ITE faculty and/or students).
- 4. EXTENSION AND LINKAGES • GOVERNMENT AND PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION LINKAGE – Government agency/unit – position in national organization/journal – national/international conference steering/program/organizing committee – position in ITE body, (regional, national, international)
- 5. EXTENSION AND LINKAGES • IT OUTREACH PROGRAMS – each activity within the last 8 years – per hosting of national or international conference/event. – only ITE related programs will be considered. – IT trainings, seminars, workshops conducted by the faculty/students
