The platform, connected to two or more XSClimber hoist units, can be easily configured to twelvemetersinwidth. Distinctive Design Our suspended platform system can be used for inspection, mainte- nance, repair and painting of exteriors or ceilings. The work can be com- pleted quickly or multiple jobs could be performed daily, as our system can be assembled and disassembled on site. The design of our modular platform system is distinct: never has there been another system this compact, mobile and user friendly. It guarantees fast assembly and dis- mantling, and takes up little space during transport and storage. Quick Configuration Without Tools The difference is in smart product innovation. Thus, one can deter- mine the desired configuration and realize it within a few minutes in any situation, without utilizing tools and avoiding time-consuming (dis)as- sembly. Using only three operations, the modules can be fixed together or loosened and made ready for use or folded away and transported.

User friendly The XSPlatforms suspended platform system is twenty percent wider than other comparable systems. Additional functions are integrated into the patented profile. Thanks to a special slot in the extrusion profile, power cables are neatly and safely stored. Additionally, a work tool tray has also been included in the platform design. Fast and compact The platform is made up of foldable and expand- able modules which can be linked together or disconnected easily and without utilizing any tools. Using out method, a configuration of twelve meters requires only thirteen types of components. After use, the modules can be taken apart and quickly folded. Lightweight Not only do our platform modules consist of just a few separate parts, but everything is made of lightweight aluminum. - 5. Modular extrusion profiles The platform can be assembled from expand- able modular extrusion profiles of one, two and three meters. Through combining these, the ex- act right configuration is created effortlessly for each specific situation. Central control Only one (centrally mounted) control unit per platform is necessary in order to carry out all the desired operations. It is instantly ready for use through the simple plug & play principle. By in- serting only one plug into the power supply, the entire system is ready to be put into operation. Twist & Lock Using the Twist & Lock handrail support ensures the suspended platform system is folded literally in an instant. This handrail support is integrated into the connecting frame that connects the indi- vidual modules to one another in just three safe and easy steps.

As a result, in regard to roof beams, the focus is on the following keyfeatures: minimum weight Thanks to the innovative design, a strictly limited number of components and use of aluminum, our roof beam is remarkably lightweight. Easy Assembly Requiring No Tools The roof beam is easy to slide together and, with the help of pins, is safely stored without using any tools. Convenient Counterweights The counterweight of approximately 23 kg (50.7 lbs) can be moved by one person, and has integrated handles for additional convenience when lifting. Safe Assembly by One Person Using easy assembly, the maximum weight of 23 kg (50.7 lbs) per unit and the convenient counterweights, one person can get our roof beams ready for use safely and without problems. Integrated Shock Absorber In rare cases of the platform’s abnormal behavior, the shock absorber re- ceives the full force of the shock. This prevents roof beams from swinging out of position and ensures that they continue to function correctly. This absorption also protects users against unexpected movements of the sus- pended platform.
- 7. Plug & play assembly The XSClimber needs only to be connected to the power supply in order to be ready for use.Therefore, minimum user experience is necessary to properly assemble this system. Low Maintenance The XSClimber is made of high quality, durable ma- terials. In addition, the hoist has a closed casing that provides optimal protection against any weather condition. The advantages of these properties are increased durability and considerably low mainte- nance - about once every three years instead of an- nually. International Compatibility XSPlatforms has developed a hoist that can be used universally. The XSClimber has passed the durabil- ity test according to the EN 1808 standard; and the Working Load Limit (WLL) of the hoist is established at 500 kg (1100 lbs) per hoist. Where necessary, the specifications of the hoist are concentrated on the applicable standards and regulations. Thus, for example, the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), together with all the electronic components, can be easily replaced and, hence, used anywhere in the world. Secondaryfallprotection Secondaryfallprotectionisapplicableuniversallyandisinstalledoptionally.Thetwopossibilitiesofslackrope safetyoroverspeedbrakedependonthewishesofthecustomerand/ortheuseofoneortwosteelwireropes (mayvaryaccordingtocountryand/orregion). Why fall protection? Secondary fall protection, which provides ex- tra security, is a mandatory addition to the XSClimber. This can be a centrifugal brake (for a single cable) or the slack cable safety device (for two cables). In the unlikely event of a cable break, these solutions guarantee that the sus- pension platform does not fall, but is restrained immediately and remains in position. slack rope device A typical example of a hoist features two steel wire ropes (cables): one by which the traction hoist lifts itself up and a second- ary cable for safety. If the lifting cable is no longer under tension, the slack rope device is immediately engaged at an angle of four- teen degrees or in case of a break. The slack rope device is designed in such a way that, in emergency situations, it activates the brake. Thus, the suspended platform always remains connected to the XSClimber and will not fall. Overspeed device Because our hoist is universal, this action can also be performed using a cable. In this case, the overspeed system is forced to start before the cable slips through the brake.This is ensured through the mechanism of the centrifugal brake, which is similar in operation to a seat belt. Our display has a digital counter, an emergency stop, lifting and lowering functions and other additional indi- cators usually found on central control units.
