Scheduling System is a web based application used for workshop processes management starting from material planning upto delivery. Data and informations are captured at different levels and intelligent logics are applied for better planning, scheduling to get maximum utilization of all resources including manpower & machinery. ITHD is a help desk system for managing and controlling IT related complaints & resolution system. It gives proper tracks & alerts for quick actions. Escalation matrix is applied for better controls. QAP Quality Assurance cell has requirement of getting the information about does the cost calculation based on the current BOM of the product in SAP which is basically does on MAP basis. It uses import of data from simple excel or output from SAP and hence avoid duplicate work. Dashboard / graphs & charts are used for MTD v/s YTD reports. CDKM – Cost Data Knowledge Management is a desktop application for costing & knowledge management. Comparative costing in the form of Vendor Based and Zero Based (In-house) are available on single click. Costing implication at any level for different technologies like Sheet Metal, Forging, Gears, Plastic, GAS, Assemblies etc. on variable factors like change in prices of Diesel/Petrol or electricity etc. are analysed and simulated for better control. AFC – Auto Finance Company was developed for managing entire operations of a auto finance company which includes management of finances from bank, distribution of finance to parties or individual in the form of loan/finance for purchasing eicher’s vehicle. MIS with documentation was available for management and control. Event Management System is a web based tool to manage Supplier event and mange all activities related to event like registration, booking and SMS integration for confirmation.

CATTS – Consignment And Transport Tracking System is a web based system which track and control all dispatches through intelligent system. It automatically updates information when consignment reaches to destination via transporter / courier by analysing data from respective transporter/courier company’s web site. Delay / Damages analysis and its’ implication are alerted and recovery are done via bill passing module. Promo Dispatch System - is a application used for managing & tracking of promotional items distributed throughout entire organization.
