The Talent Development Program aims to develop local talent and promote social innovation by recruiting and training young professionals to deploy to partner organizations for 8 months. The objectives are to develop local talent, promote social innovation, build a young talent network, and develop future innovative leaders. Young professionals will receive 1 month of training then complete a minimum of 40 hours per week of work with a partner organization. Partner organizations must have an innovation project requiring the skills of young professionals and commit to coaching and developing them.
