The St. Regis is one of the newest hotel project in the Cotai Strip in Macau, China.
Opened IN December 2015 the St. Regis brand is committed to delivering

• Working with a small local candidate pool, St. Regis is competing with all the
leading Macau hotels to attract young university graduates and jobseekers.
• St. Regis needed a way to quickly capture and classify the candidates during
university job fairs, without all the hassle of a long application form which was
on their corporate career page.

Sitel is one of the top BPO (business process outsourcing) companies
worldwide with 108 sites across 21 countries. In order to satisfy their
talent needs, they rely on some of the most popular job boards in each
of their local talent markets.
Execution Gap
• The sourcing team spent most of its time chasing after candidates
over the phone, and struggling to connect with them.
• This time-consuming exercise would distract the sourcing team from

MicroSourcing has established Managed Operations in the Philippines for 144 clients
ranging in size from small start-ups to large publically listed corporations. As part of its
client process, MicroSourcing validates every hiring decision with their clients.
Execution Gap
When qualified candidates were presented to the clients of MicroSourcing, it would often
take a few hours, if not a few days, for the Client to schedule a discussion with the
candidates, and to finalize the decision to hire them. This delay in the hiring decision
would often result in some of the qualified candidates withdrawing their job applications,
as they pursued other opportunities. As a result, the placement rates were dropping and
