Sleep Tight 8 hours of sleep each night Sleeping less that 6.5 hours a night or more than 9 hours a night can lead to: Decreased academic performance Automobile accidents Increased illnesses Depression Obesity ©  2010 TSTC Publishing
Sleeping Tips Maintain regular bed times Turn down the thermostat Restrict caffeine to one or two cups before 10 a.m. Don’t eat within two hours of bedtime Avoid napping ©  2010 TSTC Publishing
Germ Wars Wash your hands well and often Use paper towel to turn off faucets Never eat or drink after anyone Get plenty of sleep, drink water and make healthy food choices Keep vaccinations up to date ©  2010 TSTC Publishing
