This research investigates the optimization of lincomycin hydrochloride (LNH) loaded nanogels using a 32 full factorial design to enhance drug delivery efficacy. Utilizing chitosan and poly(ethylene glycol) as key components, the study demonstrates effective synthesis and formulation validated through statistical analysis, revealing the potential for sustained drug release. The findings indicate that these optimized nanogels could significantly improve treatment outcomes for infections like streptococcal gangrene compared to traditional therapies.
