and to focus attention on a single aspect of the process
with the intention of correcting a clear problem to
arrive at a clear solution.
TOC means identifying constraints and managing

TOC systematically focus efforts, energy and

constraint, or bottleneck, restricts the output of
the entire system and at the same time
represents the primary leverage point for

vulnerable because the weakest process or part
can always damage or break them or at least
adversely affect the outcome.
