 Identifying the learned capabilities
EDUCATIONAL GOALS
 • Educational Goal: a method which a person identifies their
objectives, which includes choosing attainable short-term goals and a
strategic a plan for attaining these goals.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE
Short-term statements that designate in measures
what a person is expected to accomplish in steps for
their overall goal.
Objectives are narrow and are set for certain tasks
in particular.
STEPS TO SUCCEEDING
TERMS TO KEEP FOR
MEMORY
 Goal Analysis: Pursuing the ability to evaluate and obtain an input that
would affect a particular output.
 Goal: A broad statement in terms of what an individual would like to
accomplish.
 Objective: A statement that an individual use to outline specifics
details by steps to accomplish the goal.
 Human Capabilities: A talent or ability that can develops potential for
use or intervention.
MORE TERMS
 Courses: Program or study; training put in place to gain intellectual
for a degree or certification.
 Instruction: A set of planned actions given for a specific goal or to
receive a specified behavior.
 Verbal Information: Providing response to a relatively stimuli that
requires a remembrance of the information given.
INTERPRET THE TERMS WITH
EDUCATIONAL GOALS
 There are 5 categories of learned capabilities that is an example of
Gagne outcomes for human capabilities for learning. This can
intertwine with ways to achieving objectives for the overall goal.
 Verbal Information-Intellectual skills -Cognitive Strategies-
Attitudes- Motor Skills.
 Refers to the use of sounds
and language to relay a message.
The sharing of information
between individuals by using
speech.
VERBAL INFORMATION
 The assimilation of new
knowledge, the development of
a critical analysis of studied
information, and the application
of basic knowledge in wider
contexts.
INTELLECTUAL SKILLS
 Steps taken to guide an
individual through learning or
training.
COGNITIVE STRATEGIES
 Internal state based off
emotion towards a situation that
causes the reaction.
ATTITUDE
 Intentional movement
involving a motor or muscular
component that must be learned
and voluntarily produced to
proficiently perform a goal-
oriented task.
MOTOR SKILLS
CHANGE AGENT
 As a individual I learned more in this chapter about life goals and can
identify. Most times I want to dream and want the reality but do not make
my objectives clear so that I can actually accomplish them on a smaller
scale first. Most plans stated the obvious , which is the easy route. This
chapter open my eyes for ways to be productive when there is more than
one person involve. Everyone displays different ways of learning. You
have to be conscious of each person ability so you can know how the
project can gain from the diversity you have among you.
SUMMARY
 Identified the meaning behind goals and objectives.
 In order to reach the educational goal, we must know the person
capabilities for learning.
 Also know ways to actual communicate to the person to give a
clear and concise understanding.
 This information is a sample of more information that can be
researched for methods to complete a goal.
