This document describes the design and development of a tire multi-axial nut setter. It aims to simplify the process of removing and tightening multiple lug nuts on a car tire. The device uses a planetary gear mechanism to allow all nuts to be tightened or removed with a single stroke, reducing the time and effort required. It was designed based on standard wheel specifications and torque requirements for safety. Finite element analysis using ANSYS was performed to analyze stresses on key components. The final fabricated product is a portable device that can remove or tighten all four wheel nuts simultaneously.
