- 5. Create Filtered Watch Lists Administrators can create a Filtered List that automatically populates based upon the selected filters. These lists will automatically update when new students meet the criteria or move into the selected student population. When a list changes, the user will receive an email notification.

- 14. ASIS District Level View Administrators have access to all the teachers and students that are enrolled or teach at their designated building. District level administrators have access to all the teachers and students within that district. ASIS provides the ability to create, view, and edit Academic Improvement Plans (AIPs) and Intensive Reading Interventions (IRIs). - 32. Arkansas Assessment Analytics The Arkansas Assessment Analytics Center provides 3 years of performance data on state assessments at the district and school levels across Arkansas. The reports contain aggregate level of historical data for the Benchmark, ITBS, Algebra I, Geometry, and Biology EOCs, and Grade 11 Literacy.

Code Ann. §§ 6-15-419, 6-15-433, 6- 15-2009 and established by the State Board. The laws and regulations require the administration of criterion-referenced tests (CRTs) and norm-referenced test (NRT).

- #11: In the 2014-2015 school year, all districts will have access to StudentGPS. The dashboards provide educators with a quick, user-friendly interface find information they need to guide classroom instruction. Information contained within the dashboards includes: student demographic information, grades & credits, attendance, state and local assessments (TLI, PCG, NWEA) The system is also customizable so they teacher can create Dynamic Lists and show information that’s important to them. The goal of this system is to provide a FERPA compliant resource for educators to not only obtain the information they need to guide instruction, but to also provide it in a way where the “data makes sense”.
- #19: Triand is the electronic transcript system for the state. Public schools in Arkansas are to use the electronic transcript system pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 6-80-107 to transfer transcripts. When a student transfers from a public school in Arkansas and enrolls in a new school, the school where the student was previously enrolled will be sent an email notifying that school that the student has been transferred.
- #20: Triand allows Teachers to print Smart Core letters for their students in order for students and/or parents to view their individual Smart Core Report. Triand Users When you log in to My Triand, click on "students" tab. Choose the filter that meets your role - teacher, school-level, or district-level - to view a list of your students. Leave the search records box blank if you wish to print a Smart Core letter for each student; search for a specific student by name if you wish to print a letter for an individual student; or key "enrolled:true" in the search box to produce a list of only actively enrolled students. Click the "Smart Core Letters" button to generate an Adobe PDF file. Note: Each letter will be customized with a student’s name and personal authorization code to be used. Print the PDF file and hand the appropriate letter to your students. The sample letter below is an example student who attends school at the "Arkansas Dept of Education" district.
