Understanding and Overcoming FEAR! Presented by the  iMaster Techniques
What is Fear? Fear is produced by certain chemicals in the  body. Emotions are produced automatically on our behalf by our  subconscious  mind. Fear is produced when there is the perceived possibility of losing something of value.
What is our deepest Subconscious fear ? Fear of being worthless.
How could that be our deepest fear ? The perception of no longer having any value produces emotional pain.  The subconscious mind avoids pain by default. Continue…
How does the subconscious mind protect us? PURE FEAR FEAR BASED EMOTIONS  i.e. Hatred, Anger, Rage, Revenge, Selfishness, Resentment, guilt, shame, feeling of humiliation, etc.
Our emotions are on autopilot! “ All negative emotions are produced by a defensive reaction from the subconscious mind.”
How do we cause our subconscious mind to stop producing FEAR on our behalf? To change any emotion or any  fear  all you need  is a clearly defined and focused intention,  nothing else!
Read these intructions to set up your intention These instructions are to establish my intention for this clearing  and reprogramming process. The cue word that will initiate this process is___(YES)______. Saying my cue word will trigger my intention for my subconscious mind to permanently eliminate anything within me that is causing any  subconscious defensive reaction, response or  resistance.
Continue… This intention will cause my subconscious mind to neutralize, release and eliminate all limiting thoughts and emotions, limiting beliefs or belief systems so to allow the positive aspects of what I desire to be fully intergraded within my body and mind.  This process will be triggered whenever I make it my intention by saying or thinking my cue word/s. This concludes the intructions.
Convincing the subconscious it no longer needs to react in our defense. Your subconscious mind is seemlessly interwoven  with your intention. The Key is to have 2 intentions. To eliminate any defensive subconscious reaction. To integrate a new perspective/belie f.
An easy way to target your deeper subconscious fears. Ask the question:  What is my subconscious mind really defending me from by producing this negative emotion or fear?
Here is how we do it. Step # 1. Establish what you want in  a positive way... Examples: I want to be feel fearless when  flying in a plane. I want to feel fearless when asking for what I want.
Here is how we do it. Step # 2. Affirm your statement 3 times and say your cue word. Example. I want to be feel fearless flying in a plane… YES
Before we start…Measure it! Step # 1. Affirm your positive statement once. Example. I am fearless flying in a plane. Note how true it is for you from 0-100%. 100% being completely true. 0% being completely false.
Now just follow my lead… While you think about the fear  you want to overcome. Your cue word is  YES  in this process.
Begin…and think about what you want to overcome I want to be fearless in every way when it comes to…..… YES I really want to be fearless in every way when it comes to.…..…. YES I truly am convinced that I want to be completely fearless in every way………… YES
Continue tuning in to what you want to overcome and read… I am safe in every way… YES I will always be safe now and forever…. I forgive myself in every way… YES I forgive others in every way…
Continue… I am safe and I am fearless in every way when it comes to….  YES I am completely fearless when it comes to….  YES I have always been and I will always be fearless when it come to…… YES
Take a Deep Breath! In through your nose Out through your mouth
Continue thinking about what you want to overcome while you read… I will alway be complete safe and out of harms way…..… YES I will always be safe and nothing can hurt me in any way shape or form now or ever….  YES All is forgiven in every way… I forgive myself in every way…

Continue… I am fearless in every way…  infinitly and forever ….  YES I am completely fearless….  infinitely and forever….  YES I have always been and I will always be fearless in every way… YES
Continue… I will alway be complete safe and out of harms way… YES Everything that I value is safe now and forever….  YES All is forgiven in every way… I forgive myself unconditionally in every way… I forgive other unconditionally …
Take a Deep Breath! In through your nose Out through your mouth
TEST and Repeat… Do you feel 100% fearless now when it comes to…………...? Just guess at a percentage… it will be correct.

  • #4: It is the fear of having no more value…this can be perceived by losing what we value…dying….losing our value in the eyes of others for example being rejected…humiliated… anything that according to your beliefs you are losing something in some way what you value….directly or indirectly..

  • #6: Our subconscious mind´s # 1 priority is to keep us safe… so what are the resources it has to keep us safe? Emotions… first and foremost…existential fear…or fear of loosing our life…. The perception of losing something of value..something we desire causes in us emotional pain….our mind avoids pain at all cost….when ever the anticipation of pain is perceived our mind produces FEAR on our behalf to warn us and cause us to avoid this pain…. The other way it has of protecting us is with fear based emotions….. It does this is layers Existencial fear being the base…from there layers of other emotions are produced to protect us and our interested….you can say that this is our ego at work.

  • #11: This is the common mistake when trying only to repeat affirmations…our defensive response is not take into consiferation and the only thing that happens is that is simply clashes with our underlying fears and emotions and little or nothing is accomplished without consciously having the intention to let go of whatever beliefs are opposing what we desire.
