Introduce learners to site documentation.
Objectives
• List at least three types of documentation.
• Complete at least two of the documentation tasks.
• State at least one reason why documents should be stored correctly.

Group task
In small groups, discuss the different types of documentation used on
construction sites.
Use the flip chart paper given to create a mind map.
Think about:
• payment information
• personal information
• work information
• client requirements.
