A worksheet is made up of columns, rows, and cells, which are the intersections of the rows and columns. Cells can contain labels, values, or formulas. Formulas in spreadsheets use functions and operation symbols like addition and multiplication to perform calculations on cell references. Spreadsheets allow users to organize and analyze data easily through features like sorting, filtering, and creating charts.
