Today’s Modern Businesses need much more from their phone systems. VoIP is
a Communications Management tool and is a critical component of a companies
Business Management Plan.
Business operations have become so complex and the need for efficiency has
grown to a point where simply answering the telephone is no longer an efficient use of a tel-
ephone system. A VoIP system will quickly route calls to the appropriate destination and
will provide useful information for the caller along the way. A correctly configured VoIP
system should be intelligent enough to navigate the entire structure of a company no matter
its internal structure even if the physical layout of the company spans multiple locations.
