This document describes a proposed virtual tutor system that would provide free online learning. It would allow students and teachers to be separated by time and space. - 2. What is Virtual Tutor Virtual means something whose existence is simulated with a web software. Virtual tutor refers to a learning environment where teacher and student are separated by time or space. A teaching and learning environment located within a computer-mediated communication system.

- 9. The system is work through a id name and a passwd of the student/teacher. Registration process:
- 10. Now, If a user register for a course he will view:(for ex-a student register ITC)

- 12. Lectures view: Lecture video : there will be 10-15 videos for a complete course. Lecture Sheets : there will be a sheet provided with each videos.
- 13. Take Exam : Exam of a course is divided in two parts. • MCQ (50 questions) - 50 marks. • Assignment (5 topics) - 50 marks.
- 14. Take Exam - 1.Assignment The student will upload the assignments and then submit.
- 15. Take Exam – 2.MCQ Adding mcq set by the teacher for the particular course.
- 16. Result processing - (Assignmnt) The teacher will submit the mark of assignments by the following process:
- 17. Result processing - (MCQ&Total) The database will automatically match the mcq answers with the correct answer and the mark will be updated. After that, the total marks also will be automatically added by the database.
- 18. Limitations of the developed system: • The choice of courses is limited at present. • The group chat option is not working properly. • It may be take a long time until a question is answered by the teacher.
- 19. Future scope: • Update this website by applying some new applications. • Create the group chat option. • Increasing the options of courses by adding new courses. • Giving the info of job through the site.
