PVE – how do clients benefit? WIIF them ? Control the conversation – how? Use the right language – examples? What are the right questions to ask to uncover what you need to know - in order to be relevant to them. How do you understand what's important to them – examples? Role play for 8 mins
What's our approach?  The way we work is unique – client experience program. Describe it, write it down in bullet points. Tell me how it works. Draw it. What are the distinguishing features, what are the critical success factors internally/externally?
Proof Provide case studies of what we have done and how the clients are better off. 2 mins for each to write down a client story
Sharing information What do we need to know? What do we need to understand about the client? Where are the opportunities? What are the potential outcomes
