名前だけ変えました

わけはない
dev.azure.com/{account}へドメインの変更
Firewallとかちょっと影響あり
現在オプトイン(強制スケジュール未定)
APIエンドポイントもdev.azure.com
Git URLも変わる
当面リダイレクトで維持されるので、すぐにリモート
URLを変える必要はない
通知メールのfromが変わった
(azuredevops@microsoft.comから送られる)
