This document provides information on how to customize various aspects of the Windows operating system user interface, including: changing the mouse pointer, mouse speed, and button configuration; using Windows Media Player to play media files and copy CDs; modifying the desktop background and screen savers; organizing the taskbar; using jump lists to access recent files; and freeing up disk space with Disk Cleanup. Assignments are provided at the end to write steps for changing the theme and date/time, and answer questions about Windows, operating systems, ripping files, and right-click taskbar options.
