Connor Martin created a 2D shooter game where the player controls a spaceship. He designed a player sprite and coded it to move and shoot projectiles. Connor added enemies that spawn and move around the level, firing projectiles at the player. He coded a health bar that decreases when the player is hit by enemy fire. The game has a scoring system to track points earned from destroying enemies. Connor tweaked and improved the game, adding variety with new enemies, music, and screens to start and end the game.
