Challenge : NetApp, a world leader in unified storage solutions for data-intensive enterprises, wanted to reduce the cost and time involved in their multi-week Annual NetApp® Global SE Conference. Solution : NetApp contracted with Altus Learning Systems to capture, digitally post-produce, index and deliver their entire conference for on-demand viewing, search and retrieval. Results:  NetApp cut the cost of the annual conference in half while making the information readily available to partners and employees who could not attend the event—and those who did attend but needed to reference the material later on the job Cutting Costs for Sales Training
Delivering late breaking technical training to automobile dealerships and 80,000+ vehicle technicians Provides performance support solution to ensure the highest level of productivity right at the service bays, where the actual work takes place. Deliver Large Scale On Demand Training
Challenge : Cisco Systems, needed an easy way to capture large amounts of new product knowledge while simultaneously making this information available to the field quickly and cost-effectively.  Solution : Altus recorded and digitally post- produced its new product introduction events to enable thousands of engineers and product managers to access knowledge, training and key business information from any location at any time. Results : Altus developed an on-site service center, meeting their growing demand while ensuring tight delivery deadlines. This, in turn, decreased Cisco staff involvement and cut costs significantly. Provide Just-in-Time Knowledge Transfer
Extend the Reach of Corporate Events Challenge : Capture the 1700+ sessions from the Oracle OpenWorld and make all the sessions’ spoken content available on Demand to subscribers after the show. The solution needed to integrate with the show’s registration and scheduling system to provide a single entry point for Oracle OpenWorld attendees. Solution:  Altus and event organizer, George P. Johnson digitally captured every presentation, combined the speaker’s presentation with their PowerPoint files and made all content searchable and accessible via a rich media portal.  Results:  Altus successfully captured nearly 1700 keynote, general, executive solution and conference sessions and made the audio/video and PDFs available from the Oracle OpenWorld On Demand portal. With available mp3, mp4 and pdf downloads, OpenWorld On Demand is one of the largest sources of Oracle related content.
