Requirements & Challenges To move to a completely online recruitment process Online application portal – at peak times this receives 200,000 hits per hour 100% of direct applications – internal, referral, social media, direct traffic & job centres
Requirements & Challenges Want to base suitable applications on their actual application form and not “professionally written CV’s” Engaged with 3rd party psychometric vendor to devise “screening questions” which are used on application form to ensure that correct profile of applicant rise to the top. Use registration, pre-screening & application form scoring
Process Central admin team  monitor account administration (job posting, form creation etc) Hiring Managers send through job requests, evaluate applicants, who have passed application form scoring, arrange interviews & rate applicants (scoring). Central Admin team progresses through the system. Process was a very big challenge and requires monitoring but is being adopted very successfully.
