Kaizen System Diagnosis(1)

This document provides a 10-point assessment of an organization's lean systems. It rates each system on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being state-of-the-art. The systems assessed include organizational structure, management commitment to change, the improvement process, team involvement, and support for improvement teams. For each system, it provides a brief description of the current state and recommendations for actions needed to improve.
