Ethernet Management Planes 
 The GGSN9811 subrack consists of two Ethernet 
management planes: plane A and plane B. The two 
planes form the dual star topology. The bandwidth 
between a management plane and a service board is 100 
Mbit/s.

Service Data Exchange Planes 
 The two SFU modules embedded in the two SRUs form 
four exchange planes with the two SFUs.

Power Supply Monitoring 
 The power supply monitoring module can monitor the 
power distribution box (PDB) and power supplies of the 
subrack. 
 The subrack internal power supply module is monitored by 
the SRU.

Fan Monitoring 
 The GGSN9811 subrack is equipped with a fan box on 
the top. The fan box consists of nine fans and one fan 
monitoring module. The fan monitoring module is used 
to monitor the running status of fans and control the fan 
speed.

SFU: Switching Fabric Unit The SFU performs the switching function, supports expeditious data exchange. SPU: Service Processing Unit The SPU performs functions such as service control, user packet forwarding, flow control, quality of service (QoS), and packet inspection.
