Agile Scrum is an agile development process that focuses on maximizing productivity and flexibility through frequent communication between self-organizing teams. Agile Agile development is the process used by teams developing a product and is used to maximise productivity and flexibility in changes that may occur in the final product When it comes to this process the main focus is getting the time of creation down as well as keeping the costs down. A main advantage of using such a process is that feedback is swift between the team and can help when trying to make changes and improvements to the project
