Introduction
AIoT involves embedding AI technology into IoT
components. This merge of AI and IoT is an great
tool whether you apply it in edge or cloud
computing. Its objective is to increase operational
efficiency, improve human-machine interactions
and upgrade data management and analytics.
When used the right way, AI can transform IoT
data into valuable information for improved
decision-making, both on-site and remotely.
Artificial intelligence executed at the edge offers an
incredible computing approach to provide local
data-informed decision-making.
Let's define AI and IOT
Internet of Things is the internetworking of physical devices like
vehicles, buildings, electronic devices, sensors, actuators etc that
are capable of communicating among themselves or with the
external environment ( sensor to vehicles, vehicles to humans)
that are equipped with devices capable of communicating over a
network .
Artificial Intelligence is a field of computer science in which a
machine is equipped with the ability to mimic cognitive functions
of a human (or any being that is capable of cognitive thinking) that
can make decisions based on its past experiences or responding
to an action that it was completely unaware until that time.
How AI helps IOT ...
❖ BY INCREASING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY.
AI crunches the constant stream of data and detects the pattern not
deceptive on simple gauges. Machine learning, an AI technology can
predict the operation conditions and determines the parameters required
for ideal outcomes thus improving the efficiency.
❖ ENABLING NEW AND IMPROVED PRODUCTS AND
SERVICES.
Natural language processing(NLP) is getting better and better at
letting people speak with machines, rather than requiring a human
operator. AI controlled drones, robots can go where humans cannot.

Pairing AI with IoT helps businesses to understand as well as predict a
broad range of risks and automate for the prompt response. Thereby,
it allows them to better handle financial loss, employee safety, and
cyber threats.

IoT devices range from mobile devices and high-end computers to
low-end sensors. However, the most common IoT ecosystem includes
low-end sensors, which offers floods of data. AI-powered IoT
ecosystem analyzes and summarizes the data from one device before
transferring it to other devices. As such, it reduces large volumes of
