Assignment 3 REFLECTIONS Aim: To reflect on the areas which worked well and where you still feel unsure about Please pick and choose at least six of the questions below Whisesch of the content areas interest you most. Why? I`m so interested in Language Learning Processes, because it`s topics are so related with my work right now. In which areas do you feel sure/unsure? I feel unsure in Planning and Evaluation because I don`t have any experience on it. Which area will be more difficult for you? Why? All of them, because this is my first time that I study them. In which area would you like to develop further? How will you go about it? Which resources (materials, books, websites, articles, methods, visual material etc.) do you already have relating to the five content areas? Actually I don`t. But it`s going to be so interesting to analized my material. How would you keep the trainees' motivation high during the training? I think the best way is to practice all the new knowledge in the classroom. How could you check and evaluate the learning progress of your trainees during the training? Write down some concrete ideas. How can you improve the learner autonomy of your trainers? Explaining the uses of the topic in their real life.
