product portfolio contains a range of products designed to both help
protect businesses against the threat of bad debt and help to grow
businesses with the minimum of risk. Creditsafe now have 90,000
customers across the world and have purchased SaaS. assyst won
over Cherwell, Heat, Jira Service Desk and ManageEngine.

Headquartered in Stellarton, Nova Scotia, Sobeys is one of the largest
food retailers globally, with over 2,000 supermarkets and subsidiaries
operating throughout Canada. Sobeys purchased a SaaS deal to
support over 100,000 end users. We won against Service Now and
BMC. Our people, price and product were the main reasons we were
selected.

schools, and employs nearly 135,000 full-time staff. NYC DOE
selected assyst over Heat, BMC, ServiceNow and Cherwell.

Holding BV
Headquartered in The Netherlands, Nedschroef is the leading
automotive fasteners supplier in Europe. The group has 26 locations
in 14 countries and employs about 2,000 people. Nedschroef
purchased a SaaS deal and assyst was selected over TOPdesk,
Marval and BMC.
Massey
University
Massey University is based in Раlmеrstоn Nоrth, Nеw Zеаlаnd, with
significant campuses in Аlbаny and Wellington. assyst SaaS will
support an end user base of around 35,000 and was selected over
Cherwell. This deal was made through our partner in NZ, Focus on
Business.

Construction
Company
Turner is a North America-based, international construction services
company. With 5,200 employees, Turner has 46 offices in the US, is
active in 20 countries around the world, and averages 1,500 projects
per year. Turner purchased a SaaS deal, choosing Axios over
Microsoft Service Manager. The principal factors were excellent
workflow, superior integration capabilities and very useful UI.

Weston Foods
George Weston Foods Limited (GWF) is one of Australia and New
Zealand's largest food manufacturers employing over 6,500 people
across 58 sites. GWF is a wholly owned subsidiary of Associated
British Foods plc (ABF). GWF purchased a SaaS deal and assyst was
selected over Infra (incumbent), ServiceNow, BMC and Cherwell.

ABF
2016 was a very busy year for the SSC (Shared Service Centre)
which saw them take on support for multiple business units
throughout the US and Mexico bringing the total number of currently
supported global business units to 28.
Management of multiple time zones and languages continue to be a
focus for assyst as well as automation and process consolidation.

Scottish
Government
Scottish Government has recently purchased assystITAM following a
successful PoC.
ITAM was selected to improve License Management through the
reconciliation of discovered software against license records,
providing a compliance position.
ITAM has now been deployed to 6000 devices within Scottish
Government
BA
Expanding their use of assyst integration capabilities by
implementing a 4th Event Bridge forming part of the integrations’
hub. That allows events to be interchanged between other OpCo’s
within the IAG Group (e.g. Iberia).
The bridge will also be used to further develop their SIAM platform
by providing data exchange with BT’s Expedio.
They are also on-boarding their Property Services and are
transitioning to the Derived Priority Model.

About Innovapost: Innovapost is the Information Technology Shared Services
provider for the Canada Post Group of Companies.
They had multiple tools that were complex and difficult to manage, leading to duplicate
information. Application and business knowledge localised in silos, which was not
easily shared, did not scale well and led to inconsistent ITSM processes. Problem
management was also limited.
Highlights:
• Migration to a single tool: Easy administration of assyst infrastructure from a
central location
• Increased operation support: 24/7 access for support users to log and manage
events
• Self-Service: Through the Service Catalogue, clients have the ability to log

Management of multiple time zones and languages continue to be a focus for assyst as well as automation and process consolidation. April 2017 Scottish Government Scottish Government has recently purchased assystITAM following a successful PoC. ITAM was selected to improve License Management through the reconciliation of discovered software against license records, providing a compliance position. ITAM has now been deployed to 6000 devices within Scottish Government BA Expanding their use of assyst integration capabilities by implementing a 4th Event Bridge forming part of the integrations’ hub. That allows events to be interchanged between other OpCo’s within the IAG Group (e.g. Iberia). The bridge will also be used to further develop their SIAM platform by providing data exchange with BT’s Expedio. They are also on-boarding their Property Services and are transitioning to the Derived Priority Model.

They had multiple tools that were complex and difficult to manage, leading to duplicate information. Application and business knowledge localised in silos, which was not easily shared, did not scale well and led to inconsistent ITSM processes. Problem management was also limited. Highlights: • Migration to a single tool: Easy administration of assyst infrastructure from a central location • Increased operation support: 24/7 access for support users to log and manage events • Self-Service: Through the Service Catalogue, clients have the ability to log incidents, request services and obtain updates at their own leisure • Enhanced reporting: Help in understanding how the organisation is performing and what should be looked at for further improvements 86,000 End Users $8 Billion Revenue Replaced 7 ITSM Tools April 2017
