IT Consultant, acting CTO – Connectomix
Westlake Village,CA
March 2015 – Present
Connectomix is developing machine intelligence capable ofunsupervised learning in domain
agnostic environments. Artificial Nervous Systems have a wide range of applications where
environmental factors change and applications or robotics must immediately adapt.Examples of
Applications include anomaly detection(compliance issues) and business continuity; i.e. think of
supply failures and changes that need immediate attention, and/or customer delivery system
failures that need immediate attention to increase customer satisfaction. I developed an
interactive API using Microsoft SignalR that allows users to set up an internet sessionwith the
API and continually interact in real time. This interface allows users to create an artificial
intelligence network and interact directly with apps or robotics.
 My technology led to the creation of the startup. Google my full name and you will find a
large amounts of press regarding Connectomic AI and Connectome emulation.
 Connectomic AI has provengreat value in any domainagnostic environment where
unsupervised learning is required. Connectomic AI has proven to be very useful in active
auditing, compliance monitoring and business continuity.
 Directly responsible for project management, software developmentand hardware
integration.
 Directly responsible for business analysis and integration through data analysis, machine
learning and big data science (HADOOP, R, Regressionanalysis,Classifications, etc).
 Experienced presenter with presentations at such places as UCLA, Singularity University,
Merck & Co, and Numenta.
Director - Applications Development – MSE Technologies, LLC (Clover Tech)
Van Nuys, CA $185 M, 1000+ employees
April 2013 – March 2015
I was hired as a new position to manage and put project managementon track for MSE, a printer
product manufacturer. I succeeded, for the first time in company history, to put together

comprehensive IT project plans which allowed the company to properly prioritize and allocate
resources to areas where the need was greatest. I met and grew relationships with all department
heads, gathered all information for needed automationmet regularly with the CEO, President and
CFO to define and prioritize projects. I improved workflows and created savings upwards of
hundreds of thousands of dollars by reduction in personnel through improvements in the time to
task requirements.
 Supervised and developed a small team of three software developmentpersonnel. This
was very demanding to service a large manufacturing firm with a small team but with
careful and precision planning, I was able to put focus on meaningful projects.
 Directly responsible for Dynamics NAV & GP (ERP/MRP) and Dynamics CRM. The
company had two ERP instances, one in Van Nuys and the other in Zeewolde
Netherlands. Both divisions shared a Dynamics CRM system. There were many issues
we had to work with to keep these systems in synch and provide the necessary
information between the two divisions. Europe was especially difficult due to the
numerous countries and remote sales force that needed access and different criteria to
maintain the business.
 My team was responsible for the developmentand maintenance of an extensive B2B
website ((C#/ASP.NET) that allowed on-line ordering, marketing materials and training
devoted to a diverse industry. The site used web services to directly interface into the
backend ERP system to create orders and returns. We also had customized web services
to allow certain customers direct ordering from their websites. We used technologies that
included C#, ASP.NET, CSS3, MVC, JSON, JQuery, AngularJS, CSS, Jscript, etc.
 My team was responsible for all customized applications developed to enhance the
manufacturing process. We developed and maintained productivity process applications
that recorded all serial numbers and the timeliness of the manufacturing process, all
labeling and container apps to ensure properproducts in the correct containers (approx
500 SKUs) and shipping applications including EDI integration.
 Responsible forall IT Project managementand development, supervisionand budgeting.
 Responsible fordevelopmentand support of the companies DocuWare system. Using
direct scan and OCR features, I was able to reduce unnecessary laboroutput and create
same day billing, increasing company revenue and billing efficiencies by putting into
place the ability for shipping to scanin pick tickets and creating queues for Billing to
retrieve these documents and bill directly.
Manager of Information Services – AVAD LLC (Ingram Micro)
Van Nuys, CA $200 M, 340 employees
Sept 2008 – March 2013
AVAD sold high end home automation and electronics to dealers and installers (B2B) throughout
North America. These included all the latest flat screen technology, sound systems, security
systems and the integration systems that tied all the products together. These systems were
highly complexand required a lot of vendor training and handholding.
 I was the IT focal point to our parent company, Ingram Micro, the largesttechnology
distributor in the World. AVAD was purchased by Ingram Micro and I was responsible for
implementing corporate procedures to ensure continuity. I worked very close to Ingram IT
Security to ensure SOX compliancy and propercomputer safeguards. This included many
changes to security policies not previously invoked at AVAD.
 When I started with AVAD, we had 39 branch offices throughout North America, each
branch was a mini company in and of itself with approx. $15 Million dollars in inventory
and on average 3-5 sales people and a warehouse team that used functions such as
inventory control and shipping/receiving.My team supported all computer hardware,
telephony, data and applications.

 Supervised all IT personnel including five fulltime employees, two contract technicians,
and many off-shore and vendordevelopmentteams for all business applications, systems
and network engineering, telephony, and desktop support(C# and VB.NET applications).
 Directly responsible for the Enterprise wide MAS500 ERP applicationand project
managementfor all software updates and changes. We had to do several MAS 500
upgrades that would not disrupt weekday business sales and activity.
 Directly responsible for CRM. After trying several application,I personally created a
miniCRM system that directly interfaced to the ERP system that pulled data to display
customer information, sales history and by category, what and how much of products a
customer was buying and just as important, what the customers were not buying to allow
cross and up selling.
 Responsible forall Web Development(ASP.NET/VB.NET) which included the ability to
customers to purchase products, see specifications which was very important for them to
sell product to their customers and to sign-up and find local training by Branch.
 While at AVAD, my team developed two mobile apps:AVAD-HD which allows users to
take a picture of a room and apply flat screenTVs of various sizes with sound
components to visualize what the setup will look like before purchase, and a complete on-
line product for Dealers to purchase and lookup information while in the field. The latter
also has a component to allow Dealers/Installers to create an invoice with their pricing to
their customers.
 I was the focal point for setting up and maintaining a national VoIP phone system. I
successfully implemented all Branches with an estimated annual savings of $500,000.
 Supervised all help desk transactions, desktop support and maintain all service level
agreements. I am the ITIL liaisonto our parent company.
 Supervised all Active Directory and Exchange activity, Cisco switches and routers, VPN
configurations, and general system, user and network security.

strategic changes has resulted in almost One Million in savings throughout 2009-2012.
Director of Information Technology – Optical Communications Products

 OCP was a manufacturer of optical transceivers. The company was purchased by Oplink
in 2007.
 OCP customers were large telecommunication companies like Cisco and Nortel which
created a high demand for customization. My team was responsible for the development
of product labeling where products manufactured by OCP would carry labels and
packaging ofthe purchasing company (e.g. products we manufactured for Cisco would
show Cisco labels and packaging).
 Performed all IT project management, supervisionand budgeting. I was the department
head for the global Enterprise including the UK, Maryland, Woodland Hills.Calabasas,
Taiwan and China. We were responsible for all Networking, Servers, Workstations,

with upper managementand the Taiwan IT team to integrate and manage IT systems and
manufacturing processes.
 My team setup servers and data communications in China where I was directly
responsible for the IT implementation of manufacturing to China. I and my team spent
several weeks and several trips to China setting up these systems and training Chinese
personnel to use.
 Directly responsible for the Enterprise wide Exact MACOLA MRP package.
 Supervised a team of four in-house developers and five off-shore developers for
developmentof manufacturing and business applications,as well as, a team of two
