(1) This document contains a clinical practice evaluation tool used to assess nursing students during their clinical placements. It evaluates students on 10 areas related to clinical skills, professionalism, and theoretical knowledge.
(2) The tool contains 100 points divided among the 10 areas, with skills performance and assessment containing the most points at 40 and 20 respectively. Students are evaluated on their proficiency in skills, adherence to aseptic techniques, time management, and patient-centered care.
(3) Examiners provide comments on students' strengths and areas for improvement. Students also self-evaluate their performance and recognize their own strengths and weaknesses. The evaluation aims to improve students' clinical competency and provide feedback for development.
