- 2. FEEL …... We feel very bad of ourselves for being a part of pollution. We are very happy to have opportunity to be a part of the solution.
- 3. We discussed many problems with our classmates and every student wrote about one problem and mentioned steps to reduce the problem. Our classmates came up with many problems, but we chose to address pollution because most students feel it is the biggest problem in our community. IMAGINE …..
- 4. DO… We decided to have an “Environment Day” First, we had to prepare paper bags to give to our neighbors Then, we made signboards and asked the lower students to make them too We asked our Correspondent to make a banner and buy small trees to plant
- 5. We are preparing paper bags from newspapers
- 6. ON THE DAY OF THE RALLY… We visited 49 homes and distributed our homemade paper bags along with illustrated instructions on how to make their own bag We visited 10 shops and talked with the owners about reducing plastic bags We cleaned up the garbage outside of our school We planted eight trees on the side of our school’s road

SHARE… In our rally, we shared our feelings about keeping our community clean with so many people In our homes, we continue to use the paper bags We are feeling so proud to participate in this project and have the opportunity to clean our surroundings and reduce the use of plastic Our project was successful because we educated many people and we still see people using the paper bags
- 12. We enjoyed making change in our surroundings so much this year that we are excited to do this project again next year also! Thank you for giving us this opportunity!
