Examples:
1. Collect data on traffic light locations and combine it with traffic info
from WAZE and that data can be used to improve Traffic Light
functionality and lessen traffic.
2. Collect transport data and times persons are traveling, which can give
an overview of our transport networks (do we need more hubs or more
vehicles).

Examples:
1. Use data on how many times a position within a specific ministry
happens an use that to investigate a possibly toxic culture
2. Keep a list of possible employees and use the data to send jobs that
match a person’s qualifications

1. Perform pre interviews this lessens the amount of time spent on the

2. We can now separate the cream from the crop faster and thus only
sending the best candidates to HR to complete hiring process.

within a specific time with “X” resources.
2. Provide information as to when peak periods are to have more
resources available.

voice.
It uses voice recognition,

language processing (NLP) to
provide a service.

Proactive Scheduling AI is not
actually the name for an actual
service. It’s the combination of
several proactive scheduling
ideas.

• Appropriate Scheduling of
Patient Appointments
• Reduce Disruptions to Patient
Flow
• Reduce no shows by calling
customers 24 hrs before their
appointment
• Reduce wait times…
• Extra cost for being late or
reschedule
