MOOVLY?

WHAT IS MOOVLY?
• Moovly is a cloud-based media creation platform
• It is specialized in custom high-impact digital
content
• It allows you to create videos with just a few clicks

HOW TO GET STARTED?
• Go to Moovly home page
• Complete the Sign up

• You will be provided with an option to start a new
Moovly, click on it if you want to start with your first
video

• All you have to do now is to Title your Moovly and
add a description

• Before you start making a new Moovly you can take
a free example

1 - Moovly library - is a library of 12 pages of
premade pictures made by Moovly
- a few pictures have some specific
animations (the camera has a flash…)
2 – 1st toolbar – on this toolbar you can add
persona pictures, videos, background music or
record something

3 - Working space- this is the place where
you put all pictures, texts and videos
4 – 2nd Toolbar – on this Toolbar you have
some basic tools (adding text, rotating
pictures, cutting, copying and zooming)

• 5 - Timeline- the Timeline is where you set time for
animations of your objects
- if you click on an object, its animation is
highlighted on the timeline, so it is easier
to get around

WORKING WITH TIMELINE
- When you select an object on the Stage, the
corresponding object timeline is highlighted
- The lines on the Timeline represent Object Layers:
when two objects visually overlap each other on the
stage, the object higher on the timeline will be cin
front of the object lower on the timeline.

WORKING WITH TIMELINE
- The gray bar indicates the global timing of the
object
- Per animation effect that you add, an additional
sub-timeline is added for that specific effect. You
can hide these sub-timeline using the small arrow left
of the object name

ADDING TEXT
• For adding text, we use this tool
• After pressing on the icon of the Text tool, you will
see this new window

In this window you can
change the appearance
of your text
You can bold the text,
underline it, tilt it, change
the font, resize, change the
colour of the text and the
background

ADDING PICTURES AND
VIDEOS
• If you wish to add a picture or a
video all you have to do is to click on
one of tools, depending what you
want to add

• After you click on the
tool, you just have to find
the picture you want
and simply add it in the
Moovly

• After this being done,
you just have to move
the picture by holding
on it and draging;
or maybe resize it by
holding on the red
circles around the
picture

CUTTING,COPYING AND
PASTING OBJECTS
- To paste an object, select the PASTE ICON
- To make a copy of an object, select it and click the
COPY ICON.
- To cut an object, select it and click the CUTTING
ICON.
- You can also use keyboard short-cuts
Ctrl+X,Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V.

THE COLOR PANEL
• Depending on the style and
type of an object, a Color
Panel may be available to
change the color of the
object.
The Color Panel enables you
to choose any color you like,
and saves your recent colors
in the selected colors at the
bottom.

ADDING AND MANAGING
HAND ANIMATION EFFECTS
• Select a hand animation effect and adjust its timing
by dragging it to the left or to the right.

SHARING YOUR VIDEOS
Click the Share button
on the Details page of
your video and enter
the email address of the
person you want to
share the video with.

DOWNLOADING YOUR VIDEO
- You can download your
video to your computer
by clicking on the
Download button.
Choose in what format
you want your video to
be
- You can choose
downloading quality of
your video(SD or HD).

After selecting download, you have
to go to your Moovly e-mail address
for accepting the downloading link.
After that, your Moovly will start to
download.
