ISSUES IN THE CASE:
• Absence of trust can change everything and can destroy to anything.
• Improper decision making affects the two outcomes of Trust SPEED &
COST (Have inverse effects)
• Team members refusing to accept their mistakes trust can break
productive relationships.
• Diversity leads to communication gap and problems.
• Lack of trust leads to disfuntioning of diverse teams.
