- 18. Avoid interac?vity for interac?vity’s sake. Leads to Distrac7ng. Doesn’t learner promote fa7gue. deeper understanding.
- 19. So what can interactivity* look like? *The kind that we can build without blowing our budget?

- 24. Get them to stop and think!
- 25. What did you think of that example? What did you hear?
- 26. What do you think of your performance? What areas do you need to work on?
- 27. How confident are you?
- 28. Let them write down their thoughts and feelings.
- 29. Let them explore it on their own.
- 30. Get them feeling!
- 31. Make it human.
- 32. Put them in the story.
- 33. Hook them with a good story….
- 34. And then make them really think about it.
- 35. Ask provoca?ve ques?ons to gain interest.
- 37. Get them ac7ng!
- 38. Take Note!
- 39. Get them into the ac?on and assess what’s going on.
- 41. And make it relevant again….
- 42. Drop them right into the task.
- 43. Create their own ac?on plan!
- 44. Give them an ac?vity to try offline.
- 45. Have them jot something down to create their own performance support tools.
- 46. Get them to iden?fy the mistakes (the kind they’ll be likely make!)
- 47. Connect with them—that’s right, human-‐ to-‐human interac?vity!

- 51. Start a conversa?on with their manager.
- 52. And, of course, make use of social business tools if you have ‘em!
